　　I held Maribel with one hand and the dog with the other, ready to continue shopping, when the CEO suddenly stopped us.
　　CEO:
　　"I want to repay you."
　　"I'll take responsibility for Maribel."
　　I stopped him.
　　Hold on.
　　"Forget Maribel for now—can you take responsibility for the dog?"
　　"Its drool is all over the place."
　　"Are you just going to ignore it?"
　　No one speaks up for the terrier?
