Chapter 1

　　I had been married to Alexander Montgomery for six months, and apart from knowing he was a renowned heart specialist, I knew nothing else about him.
　　Even our meetings felt like formalities—three times a month.
　　At the beginning of the month.
　　Mid-month.
　　End of the month.
　　But Alexander Montgomery made a great husband.
　　He had a luxury car, a house, savings, looked handsome, and got along well with elders.
　　There was nothing to complain about.
　　Marriage and love are two different things.
