Chapter 22

　　One day, my sister's attitude towards me changed.
　　I couldn't fathom her intentions.
　　To my surprise, she secretly followed me to "Inked Impressions."
　　Pretending intimacy, she looped her arm through mine.
　　"Oh, could you ask your friend to give me a unique tattoo on my groin area?" she purred.
　　I extricated my arm, feeling a wave of disgust.
　　"He doesn't serve minors here."
　　My sister, undeterred, rushed to say, "I repeated a grade, I'm already eighteen."
　　Ethan remained silent, lifting his cold gaze to meet hers.
　　"I will not do that even if you're of age."
　　Undeterred, my sister persisted, "I'll pay triple, will that do?"
　　Ethan issued a succinct command, "Get out."
　　And with that, he ejected her from the premises.
　　In that moment, Ethan was unbelievably cool in my eyes.
　　Emma intently raised her voice, "Don't think I don't know about you had slept with Sophia ... how nice you were to her..."
　　The next second, a resounding slap echoed as Emma was struck.
　　Ethan's older sister had arrived.
　　"My brother doesn't hit women, but I do."
　　His sister also knew me. She is kind to me despite her infrequent appearances in the store.
　　Emma slunk away with tail between her legs.
