Alpha Andrew was still in shock of his brother's sudden death. He found it hard to believe that everything his brother worked hard for has gone to waste just like that. Alpha Andrew was wearing a black suit while Selena was wearing a black gown.
They soon started getting visitors, some were not there because they were sad about his death, they were there to be sure he was dead.
And most of them have wed James so his death was a relief to them.
'Hey," Selena said to Alpha Andrew and sat beside him, she knew he was unhappy as he was thinking of how life would be without his brother. Though it's hard to accept, accepting it is the best thing he can do now.
'Hi." Alpha Andrew replied to her with a smile. She held his hand because she knew that he definitely needed someone to talk to, she noticed the hate from most visitors and she knew that Alpha Andrew would not be happy about it.
'I told him not to do it. I warned him but he did not listen to me." Alpha Andrew said to Selena, from the way he sounded anyone could tell he was very angry and sad because of what people are saying about his brother.
'Most times we are too blind to see reality and that's what brings us down." Selena said to Alpha Andrew, trying to make him stop blaming James for taking over his dad's legacy.
'You were raised in London and he was always by your father's side, there is no way he wouldn't want to be like your dad." Selena explained to Alpha Andrew, he turned to look at her, she saw how sad he looked and she could tell he really loved his brother.
'Remember he wasn't evil until he met Diego." Selena added. Alpha Andrew was happy to see that someone understood his brother and the reason he did most of the things he did.
A smile escaped his lips as he was looking at Selena. He was happy to see that Selena always tries to make him happy the littlest way she can.
'Thank you." Alpha Andrew said to her and both of them stared at each other while smiling.
Alpha Andrew sighted sone men in suits walking into the house, he was wondering who they were and what they were going in. Everyone present in Alpha Andrew's house were a little frightened with the way they walked in on suit.
Behind them was a man wearing a more expensive suit than theirs.
'Who are they and why are they here?" Selena asked Alpha Andrew, thinking Alpha Andrew knew them. Alpha Andrew was also listed trying to figure out who they are, then he suddenly remembered it might be one of his brother's wolf lord friends.
Alpha Andrew walked closer to the person and Selena followed beside him.
'Good day, how may I help you?" Alpha Andrew asked the man politely. The man did not answer Alpha Andrew, instead he started looking at Alpha Andrew.
'How are you guys siblings? There is no resemblance." The man said and started laughing. Alpha Andrew was trying his best to be very calm because the people in his house were getting scared of the strange man's presence.
'That does not answer my question." Alpha Andrew said to them mam. The man was wondering what would give Alpha Andrew the guts to speak to him in such a manner. One of the strange man boys wanted to throw a punch at Alpha Andrew but he was stopped by his boss.
'My name is Alvin, I'm your brother's money lender." Alvin said to Alpha Andrew and started laughing. Alpha Andrew was shocked because he cannot remember when his brother borrowed money from anyone.
'But don't worry about it, he paid his debt already." Alvin said to Alpha Andrew.
Alpha Andrew was relieved to hear that but he was almost sure his brother cannot owe Alvin any money because he knows his brother very well and what his brother can do.
'I am here to give my condolences and I hope to do business with you very soon." Alvin said to Alpha Andrew with a smile on his face. Alpha Andrew knew from the moment he saw the guy walk in that the man was there for something that'll work for him.
'I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I'll not be doing business with you." Alpha Andrew broke the news to the young man. Alpha Andrew could tell Alvin was unhappy because of the way his mood changed.
'Do you know who I am, and how many people want to do business with me?" Alvin said to Alpha Andrew, sounding pained, that Alpha Andrew refused his offer. Alpha Andrew smiled when he heard what Alvin said he knew that obviously Alvin took his reply the wrong way.
'Calm down man. I am not going to continue as a wolf lord, so we can't do business." Alpha Andrew explained to Alvin so that Alvin can calm down.
Alvin now understands what Alpha Andrew meant by what he said he wished he could do business with the Augustine's, because that has always been his wish but he lost the opportunity when James was the wolf lord, by telling James to pay back what he owed him.
Alvin cleared his throat and looked around the house, he realized the world is actually a vanity look at how James died and left everything behind.
'Thanks for coming." Alpha Andrew said to Alvin and shut the door. While Alvin was walking away he kept thinking of what to do one day When things start going wrong for him alas a wolf lord. Seeing how people were murmuring horrible things about James made him wonder what they'll say about him one day when he finally dies and cannot defend himself.
He started having a change of mind on the whole wolf lord thing.

Alpha Andrew walked back to where he was seated, most of them were already leaning the house, he was getting tired so he thought it's better they all leave now so he can go rest.
He picked a glass of wine and used a spoon to hit the cup gently so it wouldn't break.
Everyone stood up. Their attention was on him so they could hear what he was about to say.
'I want to thank y'all for coming today to bid farewell to our brother and friend." Alpha Andrew said to them, he talked in a very low tone to show that he was sad about the whole thing. When he was done talking everyone could tell that he was trying to tell them to head back to their houses.
Most of them stood up and started going back to their houses, some greeted him to try and forget his brother's sudden death.
When they were all gone, it was only Alpha Andrew, his aunt and Selena that were in the house. Selena was already in her room ready to sleep because she felt very tired.
Alpha Andrew was in the sitting room alone because his aunty was already asleep in her room.
Selena walks back downstairs to be sure Alpha Andrew is not in the sitting room thinking about his father and brother's death. She wasn't surprised to see him sitting on the couch.
She walked closer to him, but he was in deep thought that he could not hear her footsteps.
'Hey, why are you still here?" Selena asked him, he was startled by her presence because he didn't see her coming.
'I'm not sleepy yet, you go to bed, I'll sleep when I'm ready to." Alpha Andrew said to her. Selena did not take what he said as a reply that'll convince her to go back. She sat on the couch beside him.
'If you are not going to sleep I'll stay here too." Selena said to him with a smile on her face. He turned to look at her abs then smiled.
'I'm so happy I have you." Alpha Andrew said to Selena with a smile. Selena was struggling not to blush too much but it was inevitable because her face had already turned pink.
'Stop it, you're going to make me cry." Selena said to Alpha Andrew. She felt she needed to be more grateful to him because he has been saving her like he knows her from somewhere.
'I should be saying that, not you." Ali said to him truthfully. She remembered the first day she met him, if he was not on her side she would have been caught.
That was the first time she felt truly loved by someone because he didn't know her from anywhere but he chose to save her.
'You saved me that day without knowing who I am. That's why I should be more grateful." Selena added. She was very sure Alpha Andrew didn't see anything too much in what he did but it was too much because it saved her life.
'I was just doing what I felt was right." Alpha Andrew said to her with a smile on his face. That period everything was so messy that they thought they'd never get out of the mess. Alpha Andrew would have been safe but he was hiding the witness when he knew fully well that if his brother found out he might kill him.
'You have to forget about their death and move on. Remember you have lots of plans that you need to bring to reality. Now is the time, so cheer up." Selena advised Alpha Andrew. When Alpha Andrew heard what she said he realized he had to start his business plan now.
'I have mourned them enough, it's time to make them proud."Alpha Andrew said to himself and turned to look at Selena. Selena smiled back and gave him a thumbs up.
'I need to go to bed now." Selena yawned and turned to look at Alpha Andrew, he was wondering why she turned to look at him after saying she needs to go to bed.
'Is she trying to say I should follow her to the room?" Alpha Andrew said to himself, then he suddenly thought that kind of thought is stupid.
'Why are you staring at me like that?" Alpha Andrew asked Selena if she blinked her eyes.
'I told you I cannot go in if you refuse to go into your room." Selena reminded Alpha Andrew, sounding sleepy already. Alpha Andrew remembered she truly said so. He stood up immediately and wore his slippers.
He was acting a little too clumsy because he thought about weird things when she was staring at him.
'I'm so stupid." Alpha Andrew said to himself while he was heading into his room. The moment he got to his room, he shut the door.
Selena stood up from the couch and turned off the light then she headed to her room.
When she got to the room, she fell on the bed tiredly and without wasting time she was already asleep.
The next morning she woke up and saw herself on her bed. It still felt like a dream to her that she now sleeps in such a comfortable room. The room interior would cost more than everything she has spent all her life.
She stood up from the bed and decided to look around the room. She was brought into this room yesterday but she did not look around because she was following Alpha Andrew everywhere.
Most people had to think they were married because Alpha Andrew always seeks her opinion before doing anything.
She opened the wardrobe and saw a new set of clothes in it. She did not remember seeing things like that yesterday when she got back.
'How did they get here?" Selena asked herself as she loved everything she was seeing in the wardrobe. She remembered Alpha Andrew told her she'll wake up to a surprise in the morning.
'Is this a surprise?" Selena asked herself with a smile on her face. 'If it's a surprise, I love it." Selena added with a smile on her face. She closed the wardrobe and walked into the bathroom to take her bath.
When she was done she picked one of the new dresses and wore it. She was shocked to see how it fits her very well.
'This is beautiful." Selena said to herself while she was looking at her dress through the mirror.
