Chapter 54

　　'Why is it taking this bastard too long to get the witness?" Diego asked his trusted bodyguard with a Marlboro in his hand. The bodyguard smiled when he heard what his boss said because he could also find something fishy in the whole thing.
　　'Boss, I feel how you feel." The bodyguard said to Diego. Diego smiled and turned to look at him.
　　'That's why you are my favorite." Diego said to him and smoked the Marlboro he was holding.
　　'It's been two months and he is not saying anything, I don't know why his stupid brother can never understand anything." Diego said angrily, he was angry because he has always succeeded in getting James to do whatever he wants but he never listens to him when it has to do with his brother.
　　'Like you said boss, he is just too stupid." The bodyguard said to Diego and both of them started laughing. Diego suddenly frowned his flag e when he no longer found it funny.
　　He looked at the pool in front of him and started thinking of some crazy things to do. He wants to get rid of Augustine's, and he has to think of a logical way to achieve his goal.
　　'Boss, I think we need to do something." The bodyguard said to Diego. Diego was amazed hearing what the bodyguard said to him. Diego raised his head to look at the bodyguard.
　　'Why do we always think alike?" The Alpha asked his bodyguard in a very calm way. The bodyguard smiled when he heard what Diego said to him.
　　'Yes I need to do something, that guy is joking with us." Diego said to his bodyguard and gulped the wine from the glass he was holding.
　　He raised his head to look at the bodyguard.
　　'You and your boys will do this." Diego said to his bodyguard and paused talking, he was thinking of a way they can do whatever they want to do without letting James know of his plans.
　　'No. Wait, this is not the best time to fire." Diego said to his bodyguard when he remembered he might still have unfinished business with James.
　　Diego threw the smoke he was holding and placed his foot on it, he squeezed it with his leg on the floor. While he was doing that he kept imagining how he would ruin Augustine's life.
　　'Don't forget to keep an eye on them." Diego told the bodyguard then Diego looked into the pool and as usual his girls were already there.
　　He smiled at the sight of them then he raised his head to look at the bodyguard with a smile on his face. He turned again to look at the girls, he was fully ready for the pleasure he was about to receive from them.
　　'Come on girls." Diego shouted as the girls sexily got out of the pool and started walking towards him.
　　James was in his room. He was thinking of the reason why Diego will even think of telling him his brother is fooling him in the first place.
　　'Alpha Andrew will never lie to me." James assured himself and concluded that whatever Diego told him a few days ago is definitely a lie. But James was still wondering what's taking his brother so long to bring the witness to them.
　　James suddenly thought it'd be better for him to call his brother and know what's going on.James picked his phone and placed the call immediately.
　　Alpha Andrew was in the sitting room with Alina when he heard his phone ring. He was shocked to see that it's his brother that's calling.
　　'Shhh." Alpha Andrew placed his finger on his lips trying to tell Selena not to say a word because her voice must not be heard.
　　'Hello brother." Alpha Andrew said the moment he picked the call. James was quiet for some seconds as he was trying to think if there was really any truth in what Diego told him.
　　'How are you doing?" James asked Alpha Andrew, trying not to doubt him. Alpha Andrew was quiet because he was thinking of the best way to speak to his brother that'll make him not sound too comfortable where he is.
　　'I'm struggling here, you know it hasn't really been easy here." Alpha Andrew lied to James. That was the exact thing James was hoping to hear from his brother so that he can be sure his brother is not fooling him, he can't be comfortable when he is looking for someone.
　　'Any trace of the young girl yet?" James asked Alpha Andrew. It was on a loudspeaker that Selena could hear everything James was saying. When they heard what James asked Alpha Andrew they turned to look at each other and opened their eyes wider than usual.
　　Alpha Andrew was thinking of what to tell his brother that would sound less suspicious.
　　'Alpha Andrew." James called Richard's name when Alpha Andrew was taking a long time to reply to him. Alpha Andrew came back to reality the moment he heard his name called by James.
　　'Yes brother, I'm still here." Alpha Andrew replied to his brother and cleared his throat.
　　'I have searched endlessly and there is still no sign of her around here, but I'm not going to give up." James was quiet after hearing what Alpha Andrew said to him, meanwhile Alpha Andrew was hoping his brother would not sense any lie in what he told him.
　　'Okay, just be careful there and make sure you get her before this month ends." James said to Alpha Andrew. When Alpha Andrew heard this he was relieved because at least he knew that his brother would not doubt what he just said to him.
　　'Yes brother I will." Alpha Andrew replied to James and immediately James hung up the call.
　　Alpha Andrew sighed in relief the moment he dropped his phone on the table. Selena stood up and walked closer to him. She became scared all over again. All these while James stopped calling, why did he call all of a sudden?
　　'They are still searching endlessly for me." Selena said to Alpha Andrew and covered her mouth with her hand. She thought they already reduced the search rate and now all of a sudden James called to ask about her.
　　'You have to calm down. I got this." Alpha Andrew said to her trying to calm her down. Selena was not having it at all. She turned to look at Alpha Andrew angrily.
　　'That's not good enough, how will I be calm when sone dangerous guys out there are after me?" Selena asked Alpha Andrew nervously. She was so scared that they would find her anytime soon and she would not be able to save herself from them.
　　Alpha Andrew could feel why she is acting the way she is, he put his hand on her shoulder and looked at her face.
　　'Hey, look at me, I'm risking my life to be here with you, I will never let them take you away." Alpha Andrew said to Selena in a calm and sweet way. Selena looked him in the eye, she knew she could trust him but she is not sure if he'll be aware the day they'll finally find her.
　　Selena nodded her head after hearing what Alpha Andrew said to her then she hugged him really tight. Alpha Andrew patted her head while she was hugging him. He started wondering if he would really be able to keep his promise because he knows what his brother is capable of doing.
　　James was still seated in his room when he hung the call. He believed his brother would never lie to him so Diego was just trying to ruin his good relationship with his brother.
　　'What's his plan?" James asked himself when he remembered what Diego told him a few days ago.
　　Diego got off the phone with the guy he told to tail Alpha Andrew and the witness and the guy said he still didn't know where they were. He found them together a few weeks ago and they succeeded in getting away, since that day he has been trying to get them but they seem to be hiding really well.
　　'Well,well,well, I think it's time we end this foolish game." Alpha Andrew said to himself angrily with his bodyguard standing beside him as usual.
　　'What do you think?" Diego asked his bodyguard. The bodyguard lowered his head to look at Diego.
　　'You are the right boss." The bodyguard is aware of the kind of boss he works for so he always calculates his words and knows when to speak and the right thing to say so that he can gain his boss Favor. Diego sighed when he heard what the bodyguard said.
　　'Tell your men to search for that bastard as the witness, and once they are caught I want both of them dead." Diego ordered his bodyguard. The bodyguard didn't think it was a good idea because he knew that Diego and James are currently business partners and this new plan will ruin their relationship.
　　'Sir, I'm sorry to meddle, but don't you think we are acting too fast?" The bodyguard tried to talk to Diego. He turned to look at the bodyguard angrily.
　　'Wow, really? You think so?" Alfred asked the bodyguard with a smile on his face, the bodyguard was happy to see that Diego is in support of his idea, he never thought Diego would listen to him.
　　'Come let me tell you something." Diego said to the bodyguard giving him a signal with his hand that he should lower his head. The bodyguard listened to him and lowered his head.
　　Diego landed a very hot slap in the bodyguard's face.
　　'What gives you the right to question my order?" Diego asked the bodyguard angrily.
　　'I'm sorry boss." The bodyguard apologized immediately with his hand still on his cheeks.
　　The bodyguard decided not to say anything again, he decided to just always smile when his boss is talking to him to avoid another slap from him.
　　'Why are you still her?" Diego asked the bodyguard when he was thinking the bodyguard would have gone to summon his guys to start the search.
　　'I'm sorry boss." The bodyguard apologized immediately and walked away. Diego turned to loom at him while he was walking away.
　　'Foolish bastard." Diego cursed while looking at the bodyguard walking. He turned front again and looked outside his house through the glass built house. Diego smiled as he was thinking about how funny it'll be when James realizes he has been a fool the whole time.
　　'It's just a matter of time, and the truth will be revealed." Diego said to himself and laughed out aloud. Diego grabbed his glass of wine and gulped it.
　　'Sir the goods have arrived." Diego turned to look at the person that reported the news to him.
　　'Sort everything out before I get there." Diego ordered strictly.
　　'Yes voss, '' the young man replied and walked away immediately. Diego stood up the moment the young man left and he headed to the room where the goods are stored.
　　Diego got to the room and he realized they had already sorted everything before he ordered.
　　'They already studied me." Diego said to himself and smiled. He was hoping to kill a person today so he can feel better since he couldn't kill his bodyguard for questioning his order.
　　He looked at all of them and he noticed there was definitely something wrong. He looked at the goods that were available and he started calculating what could be wrong.
　　'Is this all?" Diego asked the head of the team. Hey looked at each other before the team head finally replied Diego confidently.
　　Diego looked around again to find out what's really wrong because there was something off about the atmosphere. Diego burst into laughter when he finally knew why they were acting so strange.
　　He stopped laughing all of a sudden and turned to look at one of the newbies that was added to the team; he was introduced as the team head a few days ago.
　　'Hey, come here." Diego Watched how the guy was walking. His legs were shaking and he was sweating all of a sudden.
　　The young boy made Diego sure of what he actually thought was the cause of their behaviors.
