Alpha Andrew and Selena got back home and Selena narrated all that happened between her and Leonard to Alpha Andrew and Alpha Andrew was furious.
'What nonsense, I expected better from him than to flirt with his own staff, he is not even ashamed of himself, he's so shameless, Selena it's better to be jobless than to have a boss like Leonard" Alpha Andrew said to Selena.
'Am going to drop my resignation letter tomorrow and am done working for Leonard" Selena said to Alpha Andrew in a depressed tone.
Alpha Andrew hurried to her side and gave har a hug.
'You will be alright Selena" Alpha Andrew said to Selena trying to comfort her.
'I know, I will be fine" Selena replied Alpha Andrew trying to accept the fact that she has no job once she submitted her resignation letter.
'I will try and get another job for you okay" Alpha Andrew said to Selena, still trying to comfort her.
'Thank you so much Alpha Andrew I don't know what I will do without you, you have been a very good best friend to me and I don't take that for granted I owe you a lot and I promise to also stand by you anytime any day" Selena said to Alpha Andrew trying to appreciate him for being a very good best friend to her.
'Anything for you Selena, you know I care a lot about you, and can't let anyone take you for granted, so you don't need to thank me because I know you will do the same for me if you were in your shoes, or won't you?"
Alpha Andrew replied Selena.
'Of course I would because I also care a lot about you so I would gladly be there to help you anytime you need my help Alpha Andrew" Selena said to Alpha Andrew replying to Alpha Andrew's questions.
Alpha Andrew and Selena hugged each other.
The following day Alpha Andrew had already left early for work so as not to get late, Selena already prepared her resignation letter and was ready to drop it at the office, when she received a call from
Alpha Andrew, she immediately picks the call
'Hello Alpha Andrew" Selena replied Alpha Andrew said as she picked the call.
'Hello Selena, how are you?" Alpha Andrew said to Selena.
'Am I good and you?" Selena replied to Alpha Andrew , answering his question.
'Am fine just trying to adjust at work without you" Alpha Andrew said to Selena in a soft tone.
'Sorry Alpha Andrew, you will be fine, hope you are not being stressed at work?" Selena said to Alpha Andrew.
'Of course not, I thought you would have gotten here by now," Alpha Andrew said to Selena, wondering why she hadn't come to work to drop her resignation letter.
'Am almost done, I will be there in a bit" Selena replied Alpha Andrew assuring him that she will soon get to work to submit her resignation letter.
'Okay Selena see you later" Alpha Andrew said to Selena.
'Okay bye" Selena replied to Alpha Andrew as she ended the call.
Selena got to work and heads to Leonard office to drop her resignation letter on his table, then she noticed the there was another lady on her desk and was wondering who the lady was, as she went closer she noticed the lady was Leonard new secretary,
'So Leonard got a new secretary even before I dropped my resignation letter?" Selena wondered as she was talking to herself.
Selena became even more furious at Leonard and didn't even wait to knock at Leonard's door before opening it wide and finding her way in.
'Selena, why would you barge into my office like this, can't you at least knock? Are you okay?" Leonard said to Selena angrily due to the fact that she entered his office without knocking which was very rude of her (Selena).
'Good morning sir, I am sorry to have walked in on you without knocking, I didn't mean to do so" Selena replied to Leonard calmly as she realized she was rude for barging but not his office without knocking.
'What nonsense, you have no manners, because if you did you wouldn't have done that" Leonard said to Selena still furious at her (Selena).
'Like I said earlier, I am sorry, that was a mistake, so you have no right to question my manners," Selena replied to Leonard.
'Why don't I have the right to question? Don't forget I haven't approved your registration letter, so don't think you can walk into my office and talk to me anyhow. Leonard yelled at Selena.
'You haven't approved my resignation letter yet, you have appointed a new secretary," Selena replied to Leonard.
'Yes I appointed a new secretary today because you threatened to drop your resignation letter and I can't afford to stay without a secretary, that is why I immediately hired one" Leonard said to Selena in a rude way.
'Anyways there's no need exchanging irrelevant words with you, because I am here to submit my resignation letter and not to talk to you" Selena said to Leonard rolling her eyes at him (Leonard) in a rude way as she drops her resignation letter on his table and attempts her leave immediately.
'Thanks for your offer, but as I said before I am not interested in you and never be interested in you" Selena replied Leonard as she finally takes her leave.
Selena left Leonard's office angrily, she didn't even wait for Leonard to dismiss her and tell her to leave.
Alpha Andrew saw Selena leave Leonard office and noticed the look on her (Selena) face wasn't nice at all, so he immediately went to meet her so he could find out what happened in the office when she went to submit her resignation letter.
'Selena what happened?" Alpha Andrew asked Selena wondering what Leonard had done again that made Selena angry.
'Nothing much Alpha Andrew, Leonard was just trying to convince me to date him and not to resign because I wouldn't get a better job, but I didn't listen to him, so I just dropped my resignation letter on his table and left because I didn't want to hear anymore word from him" Selena replied Alpha Andrew's question.
'Okay that good, I am suggesting you just rest for this week so that you can start looking for another job by next week, if that's okay by you" Alpha Andrew said to Selena.
'J would rather prefer to start searching for another job now because I can't afford to be jobless for a long time," Selena said to Alpha Andrew in a depressed tone.
'You don't have to stress yourself, you will get a better job soon, so just rest for the main time till you get a new job. Alpha Andrew said to Selena still trying to calm her down and convince her to take a break for a while.
'Okay if you say so, I will just take a break for this week and will Start searching for a job from next week" Selena said to Alpha Andrew.
'Go home and get some rest. I will get back to work now, see you later" Alpha Andrew said to Selena.
'See you later Alpha Andrew" Selena said to Alpha Andrew as she left the office to head back home.
Diego went to James's house to talk to him about Alpha Andrew and why he (Alpha Andrew) hadn't been able to get Selena by now. But when he got there he was told James was asleep so he had to wait for James to wake up so that he could discuss the matter with him.
He was offered a chair to sit on in the sitting room to make him feel comfortable while waiting for James to wake up. Few minutes later James joined Diego in the sitting room.
'Diego, hope I didn't keep you waiting for too long? I was taking a nap because I couldn't sleep all night, I was busy with some things" James asked Diego as he met him (Diego)sitting in the sitting room.
'No you didn't, although I have been here for a while" Diego replied to James's question.
'Hope you have been offered something to eat by the cook?" James asked Diego in a concerned way.
'Yes I was but I am not hungry so I told them not to worry because that is not my reason for coming here today" Diego replied James.
'Okay so what brings you here? If I may ask" James asked Diego wondering what could have brought him (Diego) to his house.
'Thank you for asking my friend, I am here concerning what Alpha Andrew was instructed to do, because he (Alpha Andrew) is taking time and it's almost seem like he (Alpha Andrew) is not even searching for the witness because if he is, he would have found her by now, because come to think of it Alpha Andrew is a wolf lord so he can easily get the witness, that's if he is truly searching" Diego said to James in a convincing way, trying to convince him that Alpha Andrew is not doing what was instructed of him to do.
'You have a point there, because Alpha Andrew is a very smart boy and also has a wolf lord blood running through his veins, so I also feel he is still searching for the witness and he would find the witness sooner than we except, anyways I have been trying to reach Alpha Andrew's line for a while now but it's not reachable, until yesterday when i could reach him through his work line and reminded about the search for the witness and he said that it haven't be easy for him searching for the witness, so he is yet to find the witness, and he (Alpha Andrew) assured me that he is still looking for the witness, and also promised to bring the witness ‘s head back home, so relax you don't have to worry yourself Diego" James said to Diego assuring him that everything is in control.
'My friend it's more than two months now and you know how Alpha Andrew is, he doesn't like to do evil or get his hands stained with blood, so he might even find the witness and choose not to tell you, so r even lie that he haven't seen the witness, so let's not trust him alone for this job" Diego said to James still trying to convince him not to trust Alpha Andrew.
'Diego my friend, let's still give time and see if he will get the witness" James suggested to Diego.
But Diego wasn't interested in the suggestions because wanted to be the one in charge of the search instead of Alpha Andrew.
'James, did you say time? But you and I know there is no time for this, we need to get this witness out of the way once and for all so that we can be at peace" Diego said to James trying very hard to convince him that they need to get the witness out of the way.
'I know time is not really on our side but, I can't do anything for now, let's still wait a little for Alpha Andrew to get back to me" James said to Diego calmly.
'Well if you say so, but I am not still convinced that Alpha Andrew can do this alone, because he already said it's stressful for him, but if they are two it's might be faster, we can just get someone else to join him Alpha Andrew to make it less stressful for him"
