��You asshole,�� mumbling, Troy threw another pillow at his assistant, who returned from the vacation he went on to escape his boss's wrath ��It's because of you that we are in this situation. How dare you release a statement like that and then run away?�� In anger, Troy picked up the nearby lamp from the nightstand.
Marker��s eyes widened in fear. ��Sorry, sorry, sir. Please don't throw that. I will get a concussion if it hits me. Then you will be the one paying the medical fees. Pity this innocent face,�� he begged.
��Innocent? My foo���� he was interrupted by Danica, who stepped into his room to the sound of Marker��s pleads for help.
��Troy?�� she let out and gasped seeing the lamp on his hand which he was about to throw.
Immediately, Troy placed the lamp back to where it belonged. He chuckled nervously. ��Did you want something?��
Danica crossed her arms against her chest and looked at the boy with small black curls. His gray eyes matched with his oval-shaped face. ��You must be Marker. I saw you in one of Troy��s videos.��
Marker ran towards Danica with a gush of relief. He hummed and extended a hand to shake with her. ��It's a pleasure to meet with you, at last, ma��am.��
��Same here.�� With a smile, Danica was about to shake his hand, but Troy grabbed his hand tightly, shaking it��like he had the urge to break his hand.
��I still didn��t get my answer, Marker. Tell me or I will stop paying for your dates which your girlfriend thinks you pay for,�� Troy said with a menacing smile.
Marker gulped before letting out a sigh in defeat because he knew he had no choice but, to tell the truth. ��Okay, fine,�� he started speaking, ��when the fans went crazy about who the woman was after the live kiss, I was confused about what to do.��
��So you decided to release an official statement of Tronica being a couple?�� Troy glared at him, while Danica was standing with them, listening to the full story from Marker.
��I didn��t do it on purpose. The one who told me to release an official statement and make Tronica a trend was���� Marker slowly hid behind Danica to save himself from Troy��s wrath before mumbling, ��Mr. Bennett.��
��What?�� Troy and Danica let out in unison.
��Are you sure?�� Danica asked Marker, who was still behind her.
��Yes, ma��am.��
Troy��s eyes squinted in anger as he was about to catch Marker. ��You moth����
��Troy,�� Danica stopped him, spreading her arms to prevent Troy from getting a hold of Marker. ��He followed the instructions he received. We should confront Trevor instead of poor Marker.��
��And innocent,�� Marker added from behind.
Sparing one last glare at Marker, who covered himself behind, Troy grunted, ��That bastard.�� With that, he stormed off from his room.
��Thank you, ma��am,�� Marker said to Danica. ��Also sorry for the mess.��
��It��s okay,�� Danica responded but her eyes were on the door, worrying about Troy. He went to confront Trevor with anger. ��Oh my god,�� she murmured under her breath and ran behind Troy.
Trevor was in Gabrielle��s room, sipping a cup of coffee while reading a magazine on the couch. Gabrielle was reading her script for the next shoot.
When Troy didn��t find Trevor in his room, he ran to Gabrielle��s room. He was about to open the door, but Danica placed a hand on his shoulder.
��Wait,�� she told him. ��They are a couple, so if they are together in a room, I think we should knock on the door instead of bursting in like uninvited people.��
Troy narrowed his eyes. ��I have already murdered Trevor in my mind several times, but after what you said he might be doing to my sister, I feel like strangling him for real.��
��Calm down, young lad,�� she said and patted his shoulder. Then she knocked on the door and after Gabrielle told them to come in, they did, with Troy bursting in her room.
��Tro���� Gabrielle couldn��t continue speaking after seeing Troy taking large steps towards Trevor.
Trevor could already feel what it might be. He placed the cup of black coffee and the magazine he was holding on the coffee table. Hesitatingly, he asked Danica, ��Did Marker return today?�� As soon as he saw Danica nod, Trevor jumped on the bed. ��I am sorry, buddy, but I did the right thing.��
��You are an asshole,�� Troy hollered, clenching his fist, and jumped on the bed as well. He threw a punch straight in the face, but Trevor blocked it with a pillow.
��Not my handsome face,�� Trevor told him. ��I get paid for this. If you ruin it, I'm going to mooch off you after I lose my only source of income.��
This time, Troy threw a punch on his stomach, which made Trevor groan. ��Will punching your stomach ruin your handsome digestive system?��
��What the hell?�� Gabrielle ran to Danica and asked her, ��What is happening?��
��Trevor was the one who told Marker to release that official statement because of which I had to pretend to be Troy��s girlfriend,�� Danica said all in one go and watched Trevor punch Troy back. ��Now let��s stop them before they kill each other.��
Danica was about to stop them, but Gabrielle grabbed her hand and smirked. ��Wait, it has been long since we saw them throw punches at each other.��
��Then what do you want us to do?�� Danica was confused with what Gabrielle was saying.
She responded with a warm smile, no one would ever guess that Gabrielle would say politely, ��Let��s enjoy the show.��

After the fist-to-fist fight between Trevor and Troy, they resolved their differences and were sitting on one of the divans of the living room. Danica served her special hot chocolate along with some snacks as it was evening time. After throwing a lot of tantrums, Trevor and Gabrielle agreed to drink the hot chocolate, which was full of calories and sugar.
��Where is Aziel?�� Hernan asked, coming into the living room along with his boyfriend Kenji.
��I sent him to Tati because he wanted to see a film shooting,�� replied Danica, who was sitting next to Gabrielle.
Hernan and Kenji took a seat as well on another couch.
��Tatiana is in Washington, right? Who took Aziel there?�� Hernan questioned, slightly confused which was cleared by Troy.
��I sent five guards with Aziel. He reached there and is with Tatiana now, safe and sound. We talked to Aziel,�� Troy spoke up.
Noticing everyone had a cup of hot chocolate, Kenji said, ��Wow, everyone is having a family bonding here. No wonder why no one bothered to call Hernan or me for a cup of whatever you are drinking.��
With a smile on her face, Danica said, ��This is why I kept two cups of hot chocolate for you two. I was checking the time and if you two hadn��t come out within five minutes, I would��ve sent these for you.�� She handed them their cups.
��Wow,�� Kenji started, ��Surprisingly, Troy��s girlfriend is smarter than Troy.��
Troy ignored his comment and simply took a sip of his drink.
Seeing the scratches on Troy and Trevor, Hernan asked, ��How did you guys get injured? Did you two fight?��
��Uh���� Troy was wondering how he would lie to his best friend because he never lied to Hernan before. He couldn��t even tell the truth because of Kenji��s presence.
��We didn��t agree on something, so we fought and solved our issues,�� Trevor cleared the confusion calmly, for which Troy was grateful.
��Anyways,�� Kenji broke the awkwardness in the room. ��I am planning to do a hide-n-seek challenge here. The winner will get ten thousand dollars and I will post the video on WhyNTube, as I need new content to be popular.��
��And you are telling that to us because���� Gabrielle trailed off, wanting him to continue.
��I want you guys to help me and be a part of this challenge,�� Kenji said to them. ��You are popular, in fact, all of you are. So I really hope as a friend, you will help me to get fame as well. After all, I am not lucky like Hazel to get fame by accident.�� He looked at Danica with a sad smile on his lips.
Danica felt bad for him. People ran for fame, while she got fame overnight. She didn��t know whether she should consider herself lucky or unlucky.
��If you want our help, you can directly tell us. You don��t have to drag Dani and���� Troy stopped midway when his eyes fell on Danica, who shook her head as a sign to stop. He shrugged his shoulders and sighed.
Trevor raised his eyes in amusement and looked at his girlfriend, who smirked. Only Danica had the ability to control him without even opening her mouth.
Danica stood up to keep her cup on the tray. She turned to Kenji and said, ��We will definitely help you, Kenji. When is the challenge?��
��Really?�� Kenji grinned in happiness. ��Thank you so much, Hazel.�� He got up and pulled Danica into a hug. He held her by the waist, which made her slightly uncomfortable, but she patted his shoulder.
��You are most welcome.��
After the hug, Kenji said to everyone, ��The challenge is tomorrow. Be ready by 11 AM.�� Then he turned to Hernan and spoke with happiness, ��You were right. Hazel is the most understanding one here.��
��I know, right?�� Hernan said to Kenji.
As soon as Danica sat next to Gabrielle, she pinched Danica��s arm. ��I never said I would help him.��
��Neither did I,�� Trevor mumbled, but when he saw Danica give him a glare, he raised his hands up in surrender. ��Count me in.��
��I never agre���� Troy was interrupted by Danica.
��Your opinion doesn��t count, Troy. You will be there with me, with or against your will.��
��Since everyone is doing this, I am in as well,�� Gabrielle decided to agree at last.
Danica grinned, being happy. Her friends were going to be together and play together once again, just like they used to in childhood. After returning to California from New Jersey, she regretted leaving them every second. She was determined to never make the same mistake ever again and lose her loved ones just like she did in the past.
