The day everyone has been waiting for is just one day away, that is the wedding day of Liam and Clara is tomorrow.
Just last week, the best fashion stylist in all of the crescent pack had already taken measurements of Clara the bride-to-be, and is through with it. But as we all know a wedding gown will always need a finishing touch even on the wedding day.
She had made preparations to come to the Alpha's mansion to make sure the dress fits the bride.
Marisa came with the wedding gown and knocked on the door.
"Come in" a male voice answered and it turned out to be the groom-to-be. Marisa then greeted
"Alpha Good afternoon" the older woman bowed in greetings to Liam
"Hi, Marisa, what brings you here?" Liam asked the older woman
"Am here, for the fitting of the Luna and bride-to-be" Marisa answered
"Oh she is in Jab," room make yourself comfortable in the living room I'll go get her"
"Thank you Alpha," Marisa said and headed to the right side of the room and sat down.
Liam went downstairs to knock on Jasmine's door and Jasmine opened the door.
"Hey bro what's up? Why are you here?" Jasmine asked
"Just here to let Clara know that Marisa is waiting for her upstairs"
"Oh really is it just that or you are here to take a glimpse at your dear bride?"
"If it's possible, why not? I have been away from her for three whole nights because of these silly traditions"
Clara giggled loudly in the room hearing Liam whine like that.
"Come on Clara just a glimpse of your ear would do at this point" Liam yelled so as to get her attention
"Liam go away tomorrow you'll see the ear you wish to see all night" Clara answered
"Hahaha, Liam you can go to Eric's room for the night cause she will be heading upstairs and it is a bad omen if you saw her before the wedding day. In less than 24 hours now you'll see her and have her all to yourself."
"Come on, what do I have to do to see her? What if I get you a range rover? Will you allow me to see her for a few minutes?"
"It's quite tempting to let you see her but nope, this is for your own good. Now come on go we need to head up for the dress fitting and it's going to take a whole lot of time"
"But... But"
"No buts big brother, just relax you'll have her to yourself again tomorrow okay?"
"Fine Jas, I'll trust you," Liam said
He was about to go when he turned around and called out to Clara
"Clara, I love you I miss you the room has been lonely without you those three nights have been torture for us"
"Liam I miss you both too okay, I'll see you tomorrow. I love you" Clara replied
"Okay you love birds it's time to break this reunion see you tomorrow bye bro" With that said Jasmine locked the door on Liam and Liam headed to Eric's room to give the ladies time to do whatever it is they do.
"He is gone, let's head up," Jasmine said and they both went upstairs to meet Marisa
Immediately Marisa saw Clara she bowed in greeting saying
"Good afternoon, Luna Clara"
"Hi Marisa, both Clara, and Jasmine greeted the older woman.
"Let's get on with the fitting now shall we?" The older woman Marisa asked
"Yeah sure" Clara answered
"Okay this dress, I actually made it with diamond stones so it's going to be a little heavier on the upper part, but one thing about it is at the lower part of the dress not even a weight as light as a feather"
"Wow it's so beautiful the diamonds made it glittery. I love it" Jasmine said admiring it.
This made the woman smile and said
"Jasmine you have always been a fashionable kid since childhood," Marisa said smiling at her with all happiness and then said
"You are not the bride little lady, it's her day"
Hearing this Clara became nervous deep down the gown was beautiful but it wouldn't be what she wanted.
"Let's try it on and see how it will look on me" Clara managed to say.
"Sure let's see how it will fit"
They tried it on her and it looked amazing except that the boobs were too tight for her.
So Marisa brought out another gown. It was prettier than the first; it was a handless wedding gown. And this caught Clara's attention.
"Yes, I love this one" Clara yelled out loud and Marisa was glad she could make the bride happy which was her job.
"Come on let's get you into it so we can adjust it if need be"
Clara with the help of Jasmine and Marisa wore the huge gown and when she stepped in front of the mirror she opened her eyes wide. She couldn't believe that she would ever look so dazzling in her wedding dress. She looked like a perfect beautiful Barbie doll.
"Oh my goodness, you look beautiful Clara more like a princess," Jasmine said
"Luna this is perfection, I am so glad I get to be your seamstress at your wedding. This a masterpiece" Marisa said feeling so mesmerized at the sight before her, she knew she was a great fashion stylist but today seeing this dress on the Luna gave her much conviction that no one could beat her. When it comes to fashion styling.
Marisa was fulfilled and astonished at the fact that she made that dress.
"Oh my, this dress is amazing I can't believe this, is this me?" Clara asked dumbfounded.
"You look like an angel Clara, I wish it was my wedding day," Marisa said and they all laughed out loud like teenagers
"Come on, let's put that long veil on you and see how it goes," Marisa said
And they began putting it on her.
Meanwhile, over at Eric's place, Liam and Gabe were trying to figure out who the best man would be and the color of suits to be worn tomorrow
"Liam, who is going to be your best man tomorrow?" Gabe asked
"What do you think Gabe? It's me of course." Eric said
"No way, I can't and won't allow that. I have always been on the side but not this time" Gabe said stating the fact that he wants that position.
"Hmm okay now I am confused," Liam said while holding his head
"You shouldn't be, that's the last thing you should be doing right now" Eric was cautioning Liam that being confused at the fact of choosing someone
"Well, I am going to be the best man on my friend's wedding day whether the groom accepts it or not. If you don't accept then I will just talk to Clara later tonight and the wedding will be postponed till next year" Gabe said threatening Liam
"Come on Gabe that is too much of a threat, even if you pointed an Ak47 on his head, he still won't pick you. Surely am the person for this part buddy" Eric said
"Am I the most qualified for this position? I brought Clara to you, remember?" Gabe said trying to pinpoint that he played a very vital role in the coming together of them both.
"And I have been his friend since he was an embryo in his mother's womb so I should be the one in that purple suit else there will be no peace," Eric stated
"Okay enough you two" Liam barked at both of them. They have been bickering over that post for the past 40 minutes.
"So what have you decided dude?" Gabe asked
"You are not seriously considering the fact that someone else aside from me will take that position are you?" Eric asked a perplexed Liam.
"I have decided, and the decision is this and it will be final. Eric, you are the best man you have always been a great friend no other person deserves that position" Liam said and Eric shouted and jumped up for joy,
"I won woo hoo Gabe I won"
"Just shut up," Gabe said mad at the fact that Liam didn't choose him
"Shit, your voice is too loud, and whoever gave you the idea that I was done with what I was speaking? You better listen up, Gabe, you are also my best man. For everything you've done to bring Clara and me together you deserve that position as much as Eric does. So I will be having two best men tomorrow, there is nowhere it is written that a groom can't have two best men on his wedding day" Liam said and those words made Gabe so excited that he yelled.
"Whoohooo" Gabe shouted at the top of his voice and in excitement jumped on Liam. This drove Eric to pout like a kid, he wanted to hug Liam as well, but Liam pushed both of them off.
"Aha I just remembered something, since you'll be having two best men at each of your sides tomorrow, who will be at your right and who'll be at your left"
Eric asked and Liam glared at him with disgust and left them both to fight it out amongst themselves. He was tired of the drama those two were playing. He needed some peace and quiet, as he left them both they were still bickering inside the house while he went to relax at the pool. By the pool he began reminiscing about the little moment he had with Luna earlier, he already misses her. He can't wait for tomorrow to be here so he'll see her face again and until his dying breath he'll never have to spend any night away from her.

Last week, on a Saturday morning. Clara woke up feeling so sore, with feelings of sadness in her heart. Her wedding will be coming up by this time next week and not even one of the Coopers will be in attendance. She has no idea how they are faring, ever since they sold her to the notorious ruler of the East to face her fate, she never bothered since then to check on them. It was her wedding day, she needed to at least invite them, they may have been wicked to her, but they are the closest she had to a family.
"Why are you feeling so down babe? Are you not feeling well?" Liam asked her that day
"I am fine, it's just about our wedding."
"Our wedding? Don't you want to get married next week, we could wait till a week after when you are ready"
"No it's not that. I want to get married to you today if possible right now"
"Then why are you sad? Talk to me"
"Because Liam, my family the Cooper's won't be in attendance it hurts that my family would do that to me" Clara said sobbing
"Shh ahh, don't cry baby don't cry shh I know you still love them but please don't drop a tear"
"How do I go about it then? Tell me?"
"Calm down baby, we'll just send someone to drop an invitation to our wedding"
"Really you would do that for me?" Clara asked somewhat related
"Yes I will, I will dear so don't ever tear up okay?"
"Thank you," Clara said.
She knows deep down that Liam hated her family for what they did to her but if he was willing to send an invitation to them because she asked then he loves her more than life itself so she was grateful, very grateful.
Later that day she called Gabe with the intent of asking him to send an invitation of her wedding to the Cooper's just in case any would be in attendance.
"Gabe, please I need you to do something important for me"
"Sure what can I do for you, beautiful?"
"Wow!! It's been ages you called me that'' Clara said blushing
"But of course, you are getting married soon and you have a man of your own now, so if I should continue calling you that then he might get jealous you see"
"Fine, I hear you, Gabe"
"What's up? What do you need from me?"
"Please help me send this invitation to the Cooper's they are my family"
"Yeah they are, I am not disputing that fact Clara, have you forgotten about what they did to you, that day?"
"How could I possibly forget that? It hurts me every day"
"Fine, I know you want them to be in attendance. But if none shows up don't take it too hard on yourself okay? I will go give this to them and come back"
