Chapter 5

　　I jogged to the entrance, where Celine handed me my work badge.
　　"Why are you so late? Sebastian's manager was getting impatient. Good thing Sebastian himself is so laid-back..."
　　I put on the badge and interrupted her gushing.
　　"Alright, let's go."
　　I took a few photos of the event and later captured some portraits of Sebastian in an empty hallway.
　　Routine work, done and dusted.
　　Packing up my camera, I smiled at him. "I'll process the photos and send them to your team soon."
　　Sebastian nodded and pulled out his phone. "Let's exchange numbers."
　　I blinked, startled. "I meant I'll send them to your manager."
　　Sebastian's lips curved slightly. "I know. I just thought we could be friends."
　　Beside me, Celine inhaled sharply.
　　After packing up, Celine and I left the venue together. Walking a short distance, she couldn't contain herself any longer and turned to me, eyes sparkling.
　　"Indra, my idol actually asked for your number! I'm so jealous... Do you think he likes you?"
　　I nearly wanted to cover her mouth.
　　"Don't talk nonsense. He's just a client."
　　As we passed the banquet hall, Celine tugged on my sleeve.
　　"Isn't that Morna's boyfriend? The heir of the Ashcombe family?"
　　I looked up and saw him.
　　Leander stood surrounded by a crowd.
　　Our eyes met.
　　His lips curved in a lazy smile, but his gaze was cold.
　　He raised his glass to me in a mock toast.
　　I quickly looked away and pulled Celine along to leave.
