Everyone's faces lit up with smiles again, excitedly preparing for the upcoming party.
For this, I specifically cleared out the large training field.
On the night of the party, after getting the system's approval, I announced that drinks would be free of charge.
Everyone's smiles grew even bigger. They freely drank, with everyone's face glowing with happiness, and even the children had a sip or two.
Amidst the laughter and cheer, there was naturally no shortage of emotional moments.
People were drinking, singing, and dancing, with laughter filling the entire paradise.
I was holding a bottle of wine, a bit drunk myself, smiling foolishly as I watched everyone having fun.
A piece of clothing draped over my shoulder, and when I turned around, Frederick had sat down beside me.
He furrowed his brows slightly and looked at me, "If you can't drink, you should drink less."
"Well, Captain, you're here! Come drink with me."
"Stop drinking, I'll take you back."
"No, I'm happy!"
It was rare for me to relax, and I ended up acting a little spoiled.
Frederick's eyes flashed with an unusual color, and he suddenly leaned closer to me. His long eyelashes cast a shadow over his eyes:
"Can you still recognize who I am?"
"Captain," I said, patting his shoulder.
But he grabbed my hand, "My name."
I leaned on his shoulder, "Frederick."
After calling it once, I seemed to get addicted and called it several more times:
"Frederick. Frederick. Frederick."
He gave a helpless smile. "You've really had too much to drink."
With that, he hoisted me onto his back and carried me home.
I rested my head on his shoulder, my small feet swinging playfully in the air.
Suddenly, as if remembering something, I leaned close to his ear and blew gently, whispering mischievously, "Hey, class monitor, can you guess who wrote that anonymous love letter in your backpack during the final year of your school?"
He froze mid-step, his expression darkening.
Unaware, I chuckled even more gleefully, muttering, "It was me! It was me!"
