When he was a sophomore, Jason noticed that a girl was constantly following him. No matter where he went, she would always be there. Initially, Jason was annoyed. If she liked him, why couldn't she just say it instead of sneaking around behind him? He confronted her several times, but each time, she would make cute, embarrassed expressions when caught.

"Oh, I see. Sorry," Jason replied, pretending to leave. Suddenly, Aria looked up, her face turning bright red. "It's fine. My friend just told me she won't be coming to class!" she blurted out. Jason smiled and took the seat.
Just before class started, another girl rushed in and gave Aria a knowing look. It was clear the friend wasn’t actually absent. Jason amused himself by teasing Aria a bit, but soon lost interest, deciding that only the most beautiful girls were worthy of his attention. He began dating the most beautiful girl in another department. Aria seemed to disappear after learning about his new girlfriend.
Jason thought Aria had moved on. But after breaking up with the departmental beauty, Aria reappeared, following him again. This cycle repeated through several relationships until, in their internship semester, Jason accepted a confession from the school beauty. He stopped paying attention to Aria altogether.
However, something strange happened. Jason began dreaming about Aria and even saw her face when he was with his new girlfriend. These visions persisted through graduation.
