During their travel, Aria was tense, worried someone might discover the contents of the small suitcase. Especially during the security scan, she kept her head down, her ears burning.
Nathan held her close, looking completely natural.
Once the scan was over and they retrieved their luggage, Aria breathed a sigh of relief. The small suitcase, fortunately, didn’t need to be checked in, which made things easier.
In the first-class cabin, Aria settled into her seat and decided not to speak to Nathan for a while. Nathan, noticing her continued embarrassment, decided to let her be, closing his eyes to rest.
The flight was short, only about two hours. When they landed and checked into their hotel, Aria was taken aback.
Nathan had booked a theme hotel room, and as they entered, the room was bathed in romantic lighting, soft music playing in the background. The room was decorated with rose petals everywhere, on the bed, on the floor, and even in the large heart-shaped bathtub by the window.
Nathan embraced Aria from behind, his head resting on her shoulder, his voice husky. "Do you like it?"
Aria looked at the vibrant decorations—petals on the ceiling, bed, and floor, with a large heart made of petals on the bed along with a huge bouquet of red roses. She glanced towards the big heart-shaped tub near the window and in it……. She dared not stare at it and quickly looked away.
"Where did you learn all this?" Aria asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Online. Do you like it? I spent a long time researching honeymoon ideas," Nathan said, slightly embarrassed.
"And how are we supposed to sleep with petals all over the bed? Won't they smell?" Aria sighed, feeling a mix of amusement and exasperation at his over-the-top effort.
"I'll call room service to clean up later. For now, let's enjoy it." Nathan scooped Aria into his arms.
Caught off guard by the sudden lift, Aria clung to him. "Enjoy what?"
In response, Nathan gently placed her on the bed.
"Enjoy the pleasure this room brings," Nathan said, removing his jacket and unbuckling his belt.
Aria watched him undress, her eyes wide. At first, Nathan didn’t feel anything, but under her unwavering gaze, he started to blush.
"Why are you staring at me like that?" he asked.
Aria laughed. "I’m watching you. Go on, keep undressing."
Nathan’s intense gaze flickered with amusement. He stopped undressing himself and instead reached to undress Aria.
"Ah! I can do it myself. You don’t need to..." Her protests were cut off, leaving only sounds of intimacy.
……
On the first day of their honeymoon, Aria spent the entire day sleeping in the hotel room. By the time she woke up, it was already evening.
Thinking they couldn't just stay in the room all day and night, especially since they needed to meet Nathan's benefactor, she pulled him up and dragged him outside to the beach.
There were still plenty of tourists around. Aria, in her swimsuit, ran towards the shore, calling Nathan over.
Nathan, however, was more focused on how revealing her swimsuit was. His nose tingled with heat, and he quickly wrapped her in a towel.
"What are you doing? I want to swim," Aria protested, not wanting to wear the cumbersome towel.
"Either you wear the towel or we go back to the hotel," Nathan's tone left no room for negotiation.
